At Voyager Tennis, our goal is to lead the market domestically in racquet sports, focusing primarily on tennis and pickleball. We achieve this by offering high-quality programs & competitions that engage our clients, promote health, and foster well-being in our communities. We prioritise your growth from entry-level coaching to leadership roles, supported by comprehensive training and annual performance reviews. We are looking for experienced and driven professional coaches to deliver exceptional coaching services. The role requires flexibility, with the majority of working hours Monday through Friday through the day & in the evening, and one full working day on the weekend.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Club Professional (Level 2) Coach
  • Minimum of 3 years Full-Time experience with 38+ hours per week, past coaching experience.
  • Able to provide proof of adequate insurance, qualification, Working With Children Checks, and First Aid certification.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring or managing teams
  • Experience in designing and leading group workshops or training sessions.
  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
