As Head of Quality and Risk - Seniors Communities, you'll be the driving force behind the systems and culture that ensure our services are not just compliant, but truly exceptional. With integrity and resilience, you will:

• Lead the Quality and Compliance team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability standards.
• Develop and implement strategic quality and compliance plans aligned with clinical governance, risk management, and organisational priorities.
• Lead the implementation of quality management systems and ensure compliance with aged care and retirement village legislative requirements.
• Drive audit, accreditation, risk mitigation, and incident/complaint management processes.
• Monitor and support the management of Plans for Continuous Improvement (PCIs) across all aged care standards.
• Participate in Anglicare's clinical and risk governance committees, representing the organisation on internal working groups and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and skills in relevant legislation, standards, and best practice.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in quality, risk, or compliance roles within aged care or healthcare.
• At least 5 years' experience supervising or leading a team.
• Proven experience managing accreditation processes and clinical audits.
• Hands-on experience with complaints resolution, incident management, and improvement plans.
• High-level clinical investigation and incident analysis skills.
• Skilled in data interpretation, reporting, and clinical governance systems.
• Knowledge of aged care regulatory standards and quality frameworks.
• Experience in project management and driving change initiatives.
