Range Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Qualified Fitter & Turner to join our well-established maintenance team in the Geelong region. This day shift position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, safety-focused environment where your skills and reliability will be highly valued.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for performing both preventative and general maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably. Working alongside an experienced maintenance crew, you'll play a key role in identifying and resolving mechanical issues while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical faults.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Follow all site safety policies and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and team success.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Fitter & Turner with relevant trade certifications.
  • Proven experience in both preventative and general maintenance.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small, skilled team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
  • Must provide valid work rights documents (e.g. passport, visa, or birth certificate).
