We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Paid Media Coordinator to join our dynamic APAC Paid Media team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless and efficient communication between our Global Cloud Paid Media team and APAC Paid Media teams.
As a Paid Media Coordinator, you'll act as the central point of contact, facilitating the flow of information and ensuring alignment on Global Cloud and regional paid media initiatives. This role is not about developing media strategy, but rather about connecting Paid Media teams and streamlining communication to ensure our Global Cloud and regional campaigns land effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the Global Cloud Paid Media team and APAC Paid Media team, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication regarding paid media plans, assets, and performance.
- Information Dissemination: Distribute media briefs, guidelines and performance updates between Global Cloud Paid Media team and the APAC Paid Media team.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback, insights, and local market nuances from the APAC Paid Media team and relay them back to the Global Cloud Media team to inform paid media strategy.
- Process Improvement: Identify and propose solutions for optimising communication workflows and information sharing between teams.
- Documentation: Maintain organised records of communication, decisions, and shared resources related to Global Cloud paid media activity.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a paid media function or project management role, within a marketing or media environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple information streams simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify communication needs.
- Familiarity with paid media concepts and terminology.
