The Mint Fresh IGA Group is a growing independent retail group based in Sydney.

We are currently looking for team members at Westmead who are available after school

This is a great role for school or university students after school hours and on weekends

  • Energetic Team Members, to work in our busy Cafe

If you have experience in customer service, are passionate and committed to growing your career with a growing group of IGA Stores, we would love to hear from you for a chat

Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience working in a fast paced Cafe, Barista experience preferred.
  • A genuine passion for retail and customer service
  • The ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service
  • The ability to reach sales targets, KPIs and promote growth
  • The ability to multitask and manage daily complexities autonomously
  • Availability in afternoons and weekends

Successful applicants will:

  • Have the ability to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
  • Proven ability in managing inventory and merchandise
  • A passion for the Retail Food industry
  • Proven experience ordering and replenishing displays
  • Commitment to grow and develop with our business
