What you'll be doing
  • Registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia with no restrictions
  • Hospital pharmacy experience with a good working knowledge of the use of clinical applications such as the Cerner electronic medicines management system as CHW has full eMM implementation.
  • Demonstrable clinical skills including good patient counselling and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to allocate priorities and use initiative where appropriate.
  • Experience working as an effective team member.
  • Paediatric experience is required to provide high quality pharmacy services to the specialised paediatric cohort at CHW.
