Our client, a renowned trusted labour hire partner, delivering tailored talent solutions is seeking a passionate blue-collar recruitment specialist.

As a Talent Specialist, you'll play a key role in connecting exceptional people with purposeful opportunities. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals, and guiding them through a positive recruitment experience. 

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to placement and mobilisation.
  • Build strong, transparent relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and market trends within respected market.
  • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline through leveraging different sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage market insights to deliver exceptional results.

About You

  • Genuine passion and interest in the blue-collar industry.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition in a blue-collar
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain resilience.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
