About the role

As a Service Technician at Len Wallis Audio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and repair services for a wide range of high-end audio equipment. This is a casual role based in our Lane Cove, NSW location, offering the flexibility to work around your schedule.

What you'll be doing

  1. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with audio equipment such as amplifiers, speakers, and other components
  2. Perform repairs, maintenance, and calibrations on a variety of audio gear
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the care and operation of their audio systems
  4. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role within the audio/electronics industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair a variety of audio equipment
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  5. Flexibility to work a casual schedule as needed
