An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Practice Manager to help establish and grow a brand new GP clinic in Melbourne's CBD.

The successful candidate will play a key role in:

Overseeing the setup and daily operations of an 8-room medical centre

Recruiting and onboarding General Practitioners and staff

Implementing efficient systems, policies, and workflows

Ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with accreditation standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in medical practice management (GP clinic preferred)

Minimum 1-2 years of medical practice management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Knowledge of Medicare billing, HR, and clinical software systems

Australian work rights required for this position
