About the Role: Supervision and coordination of on-site activities. Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works. Organise material and human resource.

Key Duties and Requirements:

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standards
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
  • Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate site records
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and timelines
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in construction site supervision or a related role
  • Essential to be fluent in English, acknowledge in Vietnamese will be an advantage
