Residential Strata Building Operations Manager

The Operations Manager's role is a senior management role that works in concert with the General Manager and Relationship Manager.
The roles core duties involve the analysis and review of the business processes of the company to ensure maximum operational efficiency, the company's objectives, goals and targets are met.
**Management responsibilities will include all operations pertaining to**;
- Building Managers, assistant building managers, relief managers
- Site Operation
**You will have carriage over the following**;
- Day to day operations of the various sites and the associated functions of the contracts employed on sites.
- Oversight of Building Managers adherence to Policy and Procedures.
- Monitoring staff performance against contractual obligations and company policy.
- Facilitate training and support to managers where needed.
- Review and advise on effectiveness of company procedures and policies.
- Coordination in-house training.
- Provide regular reports and weekly meetings with the General Manager.
- Undertake paid training when required.
The role is not static and will involve travel to the various building locations to meet with managers. Etags and car allowances will be provided.
**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
