Introduction

This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and an interest in workplace health and safety (WHS). You'll be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, initiative and a positive attitude.



Description

THE ROLE

  • As the Safety & Logistics Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting our Risk and Compliance team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Co-ordinating contractor compliance documents, including WHS documentation and plans
  • Liaising with the Event Management team to proactively source event logistics details
  • Administering and maintaining the Evotix Contractor Management System
  • Tracking and following up on deliveries for events
  • Managing filing and reporting using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organising and minuting WHS committee meetings
  • Providing general administrative support to the Risk & Compliance Manager, Safety Advisor and Logistics Manager

ABOUT YOU

  • You're a detail-oriented team player with a professional and respectful approach. You'll bring:
  • At least 3 years' experience in an administration or co-ordination role
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience managing databases and systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to safety
