Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Project Supervisor located in Melbourne, VIC. The Project Supervisor will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising on-site teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Project Supervisor will also act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and report project progress.

Qualifications

  • Project coordination and management experience, including scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
  • Leadership abilities to supervise and motivate on-site teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the construction and engineering industry
  • Technical proficiency with infrastructure systems and an understanding of pre-fabrication methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for addressing challenges and ensuring project success
  • Located in or willing to relocate to Melbourne, VIC
  • Previous experience in mission-critical construction projects is an advantage
