We're seeking a dynamic
Project Supervisor
with a trade background in
Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication
. Based at our Keilor Park office, you'll lead project teams, drive operational excellence, and help grow our footprint through your network and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily site operations for medium to large projects
  • Supervise crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient work
  • Coordinate resources including labour, equipment, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry codes (ASME, API, ASTM)
  • Conduct inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship
  • Manage documentation including site logs, reports, and handover records
  • Liaise with clients and project teams to support smooth execution
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively

About You

  • Cert III in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication (essential)
  • Proven supervisory experience in industrial projects
  • Familiarity with ASME, API, ASTM and other relevant codes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of WHS regulations and safe work practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
