Process Worker & High Reach Forklift OperatorLocation: Yatala,QLD 

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm

Roles Available: Process Workers & High Reach Forklift Operators

NX Blue are currently looking for new team members to join a leading name in the production and distribution of quality horticultural and agricultural products.

Our Yatala site is currently expanding operations, and we are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team in both production and warehouse functions.

1. Process Worker About the Role:

As a Process Worker, you will be involved in the packaging of products through a conveyor system. This includes bagging products, stacking onto pallets, and maintaining production flow. The role requires consistent physical activity in a fast-paced, older-style manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor packaging and conveyor systems
  • Perform manual bagging, palletising, and quality checks
  • Adhere to safety and operational procedures at all times
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency on the production line

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing
  • Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on safety
  • Ability to work in a dusty/dirty environment wearing full PPE

2. High Reach Forklift Operator About the Role:

We are also seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator. You'll be responsible for safely operating forklifts, managing stock movements, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high reach forklifts and counterbalance units
  • Store and retrieve stock from racking systems (up to five levels high)
  • Load/unload trucks and pick orders using RF scanners
  • Complete relevant paperwork and documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Current LF forklift licence with proven high reach experience
  • Proficiency with RF scanning and warehouse systems
  • Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
  • Physically fit with good manual handling skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow clear instructions
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
