Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Senior Associate or experienced family lawyer ready to take the next step—someone who has managed their own family law matters and wants to make a real impact for clients and our growing team. If you're passionate about balancing expert advice with empathy, this role could be for you.

Your Role
  • Run a varied family law caseload confidently—supporting clients in separation, parenting, property, agreements, and everything in between
  • Play a central part in negotiations, mediations, and court when needed, always aiming to achieve the best outcome with compassion and calm
  • Guide and mentor the next generation of family lawyers, supporting the friendly, collaborative culture that matters to us
  • Craft clear court documents, agreements, and correspondence—using your attention to detail to advocate for clients
  • Contribute to creative strategies and business development as we continue to grow
You Bring
  • Substantial experience in family law—ideally three years or more, with comfort managing files from start to finish
  • Admission as a legal practitioner and a current, or eligible, ACT practising certificate
  • Strong communication and people skills—putting clients at ease with both skill and sensitivity
  • Independent judgement, but also a collaborative spirit
  • A love of variety, balance, and thinking outside the box
