HustleTalent are partnering with a fast-growing digital agency in the eCommerce space, and they're looking for a driven New Business & Partnerships Manager to join the team.

This is a role where your hustle truly counts. You will be the one opening doors, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term wins. From outbound sales campaigns to growing revenue within existing accounts and strengthening high-value partnerships with leading tech players, you will be at the centre of it all.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving outbound sales: building targeted outreach campaigns, nurturing leads, and winning new accounts.
  • Growing revenue from existing clients: spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities and turning projects into long-term retainers.
  • Strengthening partnerships: working with technology partners to generate referrals, co-marketing opportunities, and joint events.
  • Playing a key role in agency growth: collaborating with leadership on commercial strategy and creating standout sales collateral.
