Diploma Educator

We are currently seeking brilliant Educators to join the team at our beautiful Early Childhood service in Abbotsford, NSW

Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria:

• Interest in and/or passion for the RIE approach
• Inclusive of others and brings a positive attitude every day
• Ready to implement contemporary, evidence-informed pedagogy
• Open to our unique and innovative way of programming and practice
• Dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable professional who is relentless in the pursuit of excellence for children and willing to grow with the service
• Motivation to build and maintain positive relationships and meaningful connections with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid NSW Working With Children Check
• Understanding of contemporary child safe practices
• Considerable recent experience in the Early Childhood sector
• Available for full-time work - ideally 4 days a week, with 9.5 hour days, and able to be flexible when needed
• ACECQA approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or can be working towards). Early Childhood Teachers are not required, and therefore are not being considered at this time
• Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates, Food Safety and Child Protection training, with a recognised course code for Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk (or willing to obtain/refresh as required).

4 x 9.5 hour days, day off flexible

We have used our combined personal and professional experience in the sector to design a service which offers spaces for children, families and Educators to develop trusting relationships, and foster a sense of community.
