Based at our new Doncaster store and expecting to start at the end of September, we are seeking to hire for the following roles:

• Store Manager
• Assistant Store Manager

To succeed in either of these roles you will need to be:

• Creative individual with a flair for fashion
• Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded
• Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement
• Confident in leading, training and developing your team to further their individual growth and maximise the stores performance

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Management/Supervisor experience.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• A results-driven professional with a love for driving sales and building an energetic, high-performing team.
• A leader who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, creating a standout in-store experience and supporting the team.
• Someone confident in leading, coaching, and developing individuals to reach their full potential and exceed performance goals.
• Experience in driving and assisting with operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration (desired).
• Proactive problem solver with the aim to reach positive outcomes.
• A fashion-forward thinker with a creative edge.
