This is a flexible, part-time role with the freedom to work remotely. We're looking for someone who can confidently run the fashion design and product side of the brand, from design and development to supplier communication and buying decisions.
SWT is a young activewear brand built on a cool-girl attitude: trend-forward, confident, and always one step ahead. We need a designer who understands not just fashion, but what makes a product sell. Someone who can spot trends early, translate them into collections that resonate, and create bestsellers our community can't wait to wear.
What you'll do
· Lead the design and development process from sketch to sample.
· Prepare range builds and line sheets for seasonal reviews.
· Spot trends early, translate them into collections that resonate, and create bestsellers our community can't wait to wear.
· Manage supplier communication and keep projects moving.
· Review and refine prototypes and samples for fit, comfort, and design detail.
· Research fabrics, trims, and finishes with an eye for quality and cost.
· Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and emerging styles.
· Maintain accurate product data across Adobe, Shopify, and spreadsheets.
· Compile monthly competitor reports.
· Organise samples for fittings, shoots, and marketing use.
What we're looking for
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
· A clear sense of what makes a product commercially successful.
· Previous fashion design experience, or a fashion grad ready to step up.
· Familiarity with activewear fabrics and garment construction is a plus.
· Confident communicator who can work smoothly with suppliers and teams.
· Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and product reports.
· Comfortable with Adobe software needed to create tech packs and CADs.
· Analytical, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
· Knowledge of CAD tools, PLM systems, and manufacturing processes.
Why SWT?
· Flexible and remote role built around your lifestyle.
· Opportunity to grow into senior design and buying pathways.
· Collaborative team environment.
· A brand with a clear vision and a strong, confident identity.
