About Us:

Australian Gift Group, located in Clayton South, packages and distributes premium gourmet food and drink gift hampers across Australia. We are seeking a dedicated Order Packing All-Rounder to join our team during our busy holiday season.

Role Overview:

In this hands-on role, you'll assist in the kitting, picking, and packing of various gift hampers. We're looking for a reliable individual with a keen eye for detail to help us fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and the business owners, who prioritise a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for dispatch
  • Assemble food and drink gift hampers with a focus on presentation and quality
  • Print invoices, orders, and shipping labels for efficient order processing
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace
  • Support team objectives by assisting with other tasks as needed

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills
