Barista / Café All-Rounder – SUM Café and Thai Eatery (Ormond)

We're looking for an experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our team at SUM Café and Thai Eatery in Ormond.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years café/hospitality experience in Australia(preferred)
  • "MUST" be able to work fast and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong barista skills and coffee knowledge
  • Great customer service and communication
  • Positive, reliable team player
  • Able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Fast, clean, efficient and organised worker
  • Available weekdays and weekends (mornings, min. 5 hrs per shift)

What you'll do:

  • Make great coffee with consistency
  • Provide friendly, efficient customer service
  • Take orders via POS system
  • Serve food and drinks
  • Keep the café clean and organised
  • Support daily café operations
