We're a small take-away café in Cheltenham, just a short walk from the train station, and we're looking for a friendly and reliable Barista / All-Rounder to join our little team. This role is perfect for someone who truly loves coffee, enjoys creating beautiful latte art, and takes pride in delivering warm, genuine service. You'll be responsible for making high-quality coffee and other drinks, taking orders with a smile, and keeping the counter area clean and organised. As we're a small café, everyone helps out, so we value people who are flexible, proactive, and happy to lend a hand wherever needed. We're looking for someone with previous barista experience, strong coffee knowledge, and a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a close-knit, community-focused team.
