As Executive Manager for the Mid North Coast, you'll take on a pivotal leadership role with the mandate to drive strategic growth and strengthen our business banking presence across this vibrant region. Stretching from Bulahdelah to Yamba, with established Business Centres in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour, the Mid North Coast represents a thriving corridor of opportunity. What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a Business Banking team across the Region.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking.
  • A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach.
  • A track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
  • Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
