As Executive Manager for the Mid North Coast, you'll take on a pivotal leadership role with the mandate to drive strategic growth and strengthen our business banking presence across this vibrant region. Leading a high-performing team, you'll foster strong customer relationships, champion local business success, and embed a culture of collaboration and performance excellence. Stretching from Bulahdelah to Yamba, with established Business Centres in Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour, the Mid North Coast represents a thriving corridor of opportunity. What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a Business Banking team across the Region.
  • Champion customer success by delivering tailored financial solutions.

  • Foster a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, and capability development.
  • Establish a personal brand as a key regional ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and the broader business community.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking.
  • A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach.
  • A track record of driving business growth and delivering results.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred).
  • Outstanding communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
