  • Earnings: Subcontractor model with many clinicians earning upwards of $150,000 - $350,000
  • Caseload: Workers Compensation, Medicare Care Plans, and Private Clients (ages 18+)
  • Structure: 55% to practitioner / 45% Facility Service Fee — includes reception, marketing, billing, equipment, and consumables
  • Work Model: Full-time (38 hours) – after-hours or weekend work available
