About the Role

As a Senior Case Management Officer, you will deliver high-quality case management to a diverse caseload. Using a strengths-based approach, you'll guide job seekers in setting and reaching personal and career goals, helping them become "job ready." Through culturally sensitive methods, you'll focus on each client's goals, assisting them to overcome employment barriers by connecting them with both internal and external resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide impactful, strengths-based case management
  • Maintain engagement with clients using culturally sensitive, individualised support
  • Connect clients to resources and support systems
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment

Mandatory Experience:

  • Working with clients with complex needs, including disabilities, drug and alcohol dependency, homelessness, domestic violence, and mental health issues
  • Experience working with Indigenous Australians and organisations, with an understanding of challenges in rural and remote communities
  • Ability to deliver creative case management to disadvantaged job seekers
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite

Other Requirements:

  • A current C class motor vehicle license
  • National police check
