The Role

You'll play a key part in the commercial team, managing contracts, payments, and project financials. This includes forecasting, reporting, tender support, and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage upstream and downstream contractual obligations and payment claims
  • Support project financials: forecasting, cost reporting, budgeting
  • Provide commercial input on tenders, variations, and claims
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Contribute to compliance, reporting, and documentation

About You

  • Minimum 3-5 years' contracts administration experience (site exposure preferred)
  • Experience in infrastructure, pipelines, or resources projects
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret contracts and manage risk
  • Organised, detail-focused, and effective at prioritising competing deadlines
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
