About THE ROLE

Our CSR's are pivotal to our business. As a Sales and Customer Service Superstar, you will take ownership of an existing list of customers. We love our customers and want you to love them too

Possessing a natural ability in problem-solving & resolution, you will be responsible for making deliveries of high-quality products to your customers, whilst also building relationships and making sales. You thrive on providing superior service and enjoy a varied, fast-paced role. It's a Delivery Driver - with a difference

The main focus of this role includes:

  • Out on the road, selling and delivering batteries and accessories to trade/wholesale customers

  • Manage an existing set of clients and build genuine relationships with them

  • 1 night away from home per week

  • Consignment and stock rotation of products at customer sites

  • Pick and pack your daily stock needs

  • Being a product knowledge superstar

  • Complete sales paperwork. We love attention to detail and so do our customers

Hours of work: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours Monday to Friday) with Saturday morning rostered work (paid at overtime rate).

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Licensed to drive a manual vehicle

  • MR licenced or willing to obtain

  • Forklift licence preferable

  • Customer service experience

  • Driven to learn new products and processes.

  • High attention to detail

  • Great presentation is required, as you are the face of the Company (Uniform, safety boots and PPE provided)

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to all personalities

  • Physically able to lift batteries as heavy lifting is involved. (in the range of 10-30 kgs – but don't panic, we have lifting aids, trolleys etc.)

  • Good computer skills and willing to learn internal computer systems.
