Join our team in Hervey Bay We're on the lookout for a casual customer service superstar to bring energy to our fast-paced workplace.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:

This casual role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz.

  • Create a positive customer experience by engaging our customers

  • Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately

  • Sell customers our optional upgrades and cover.

  • Checking of vehicles prior to, and upon return of the vehicle

  • Accurately enter and complete incoming and walk up reservations

  • Ensure the presentation of our vehicles are to Hertz standards

  • Work as part of a high performing team

  • Have a thorough understand of our fleet

About You?

To be successful in this position, you will have the following attributes:

  • Established track record in Customer Service and Sales

  • Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers

  • Basic Computer literacy skills are required

  • Willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

  • Enjoy multi-tasking and is highly organized.

  • A full and current AU driver's license.

Automotive or Rental industry experience is highly regarded, however is not necessary as training will be provided on the job.
