Physiotherapist / Remedial Massage Therapist – Mentorship & Career Pathway

Location: Sydney | Full-time or Part-time | From $70K | Mentorship Available |

Active Performance Therapies is looking for motivated physiotherapists and remedial massage therapists who want to develop their careers in a supportive and structured environment.

This is a paid clinical role (starting at $70,000 depending on experience) with access to our Active Performance Therapy mentorship and certification pathway, designed to help practitioners grow into leaders in exercise therapy and rehabilitation.

What we offer

Who we're looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in musculoskeletal, sports injury, or exercise therapy
  • Remedial massage therapists with strong clinical interest are encouraged to apply
  • Someone eager to learn, problem-solve, and grow into a leadership role
  • Skills in manual therapy, soft tissue work, or dry needling are highly regarded
  • Open to structured mentoring and long-term career development
