Ryde Natural Health Clinic is a large, busy multi-disciplinary clinic located in North Ryde.

We're looking for an experienced and well-presented Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing team of 25 clinical and 5 non-clinical staff on a commission basis, specifically for the hours as shown below:

Option 1:

  • Tues 8am - 2pm
  • Wed 2pm - 8pm
  • Fri 8am - 2pm
  • Sat 2pm - 8pm

Option 2:

  • Mon 8am - 2pm
  • Tues 8am - 2pm
  • Wed 2pm - 8pm
  • Thurs 8am - 2pm
  • Sun 2pm - 8pm

Option 3:

  • Mon 2pm - 8pm
  • Tues 2pm - 8pm
  • Wed 8am - 2pm
  • Thurs 2pm - 8pm
  • Sun 8am - 2pm

About the role:

Within the hours set out above, you can choose to work as little or as much as you like, and you earn more the busier you are Our unique structure provides not only excellent flexibility, but also the opportunity to build a busy list of clients in a busy clinic, to earn a great income.

  • You'll enjoy using our custom-built electric-lift Athlegen treatment tables, and treating clients in our private air-conditioned rooms, playing your own music (or one of our own Spotify play-lists).
  • You'll be working along-side talented therapists and practitioners across a range of modalities, all who are happy to learn from and share with each other, with the common goal of delivering an awesome experience to our clients and patients.
  • As you client list grows, you'll have the opportunity to earn in the region of 70-90k per annum (invoiced) if seeing approximately 20-25 clients per week (on average). Note: Opportunities to work and thus earn more are often available (covering hours for another therapist when they take time off).
  • As mentioned above, if 'flexibility' is a higher priority that income, you have the freedom to take off time as often as you like- eg. reduced hours in school holidays, early finishes or taking the day off entirely for special occasions (weddings, birthdays etc).

Essential criteria:

  • 3+ years experience working as a remedial massage therapist.
  • A current (already completed) diploma in remedial massage.
  • Professional recognition with all Australian private health funds.
  • You're confident to deliver sports massage, deep-tissue massage, pregnancy massage, relaxation massage, etc- you can hit the ground running so to speak.
  • You are up to date with your First Aid requirements, and have PI and PL insurance.
  • You have your own ABN, or are eligible to register for one.
  • You can speak English fluently, and have a clear phone voice.
  • You're available to work all of the hours listed above, with no significant regular restrictions on your availability.
