We are part of the trusted endota brand – Australia's largest and most respected wellness network – and our location is experiencing continued growth. We are now looking for an experienced, passionate, and qualified Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team.

About the Role

As a Remedial Massage Therapist at endota Gymea, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. You'll perform targeted treatments to relieve pain, improve mobility, promote healing, and support recovery.

You'll conduct professional consultations, develop individualised treatment plans, and deliver exceptional hands-on care. You'll also have the opportunity to recommend homecare products to support your clients between treatments, with training provided on our exclusive wellness ranges.

This role includes evening and Saturday shifts, and requires health fund provider numbers and association membership.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised remedial massage treatments, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, lymphatic drainage, and acupressure.
• Perform professional client consultations and assess physical condition and case history to create tailored treatment plans.
• Provide pregnancy massage (where qualified), and adapt techniques to suit individual client needs.
• Educate clients on rehabilitation, self-care, stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including SOAP notes and progress reports, to meet professional and health fund standards.
• Use complementary tools and techniques such as infra-red therapy, hot/cold compresses, and essential oils where appropriate.
• Liaise with other health professionals when multidisciplinary care is required.
• Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and client confidentiality standards.
• Recommend homecare solutions and wellness products to complement treatments (full product training provided).

What We're Looking For

Diploma of Remedial Massage (Required)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a remedial massage role (Required)

Association membership & current health fund provider numbers (Required)

Experience customising treatments and developing clinical plans

Strong anatomy and musculoskeletal knowledge

Passion for wellness, healing, and holistic care

Professional, positive attitude and strong client focus

Availability to work some evenings and Saturdays

Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
