Sales Assistant Intern – BetterCareMarket

We're on the lookout for an
outgoing, motivated, and sales-driven individual
to join our Sales & Marketing team as a
Sales Assistant Intern
. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales recruitment and event planning within the healthcare and NDIS sector.

This
3-month unpaid internship
offers real career growth: outstanding performers may be offered a
full-time Sales Manager role
at the completion of the program.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact with potential sales advocates, conducting initial interviews and supporting their onboarding.
  • Research and recommend key NDIS events, expos, and networking opportunities for BetterCareMarket.
  • Build and maintain professional communication with candidates and external partners.
  • Support the sales team with coordination and admin tasks.
  • Assist in projects that expand our advocate network and increase brand visibility.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • An
    energetic communicator
    who thrives on building connections.
  • Passionate about sales and excited by the challenge of growing networks.
  • Proactive, organised, and confident speaking with people over the phone, on video calls, and in person.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.

Commitment

  • 3-month unpaid internship.
  • Minimum 24 hours per week in our North Sydney office (flexibility and remote work available after onboarding).
