We're looking for a
creative, motivated, and digitally savvy individual
to join our Sales & Marketing team as a
Social Media Assistant Intern
. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing within the healthcare and NDIS sector.

This
3-month unpaid internship
offers real career growth: outstanding performers may be offered a full-time Marketing role at the completion of the program.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Research industry trends and create content ideas that resonate with our community.
  • Monitor and respond to community engagement (comments, messages, and tags).
  • Support the development of paid social campaigns and track performance metrics.
  • Help produce visual content (graphics, short videos, stories, reels) in line with our brand voice and style.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing team on campaigns to grow reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Creative thinker with a flair for writing and visual storytelling.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, video editors, or scheduling software (desirable but not required).

Commitment

  • 3-month unpaid internship.
  • Minimum
    24 hours per week
    in our North Sydney office (flexibility and remote work available after onboarding).
