**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our growing and friendly Café team in our The Landings village. You will provide a warm, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to our residents and other guests, ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered and always maintained in line with resident expectations.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- $29.46 per hour + super
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all residents and guests
- Provide quality coffee and food to all residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with Café and food preparation and service, including taking orders, processing payments, serving food, and coffee making
- Attend to guest and resident queries and/or complaints
- Familiarise yourself with the food and beverage offerings
- Opening/closing of Café
- Ensure the dining areas are clean and well presented
- Ensure all end-of-day sales and till procedures are carried out
- General cleaning duties within a kitchen, food preparation area, cold and storerooms
- Comply with all legislated Food Safety regulations.
- We are looking for casual staff available for day and/or evening shifts between Monday to Friday._

**About You**
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Barista
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Food Handlers Certificate (desirable)
- Completion of accredited Barista Course
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Courteous and pleasant attitude towards residents, guests and colleagues
- Ability to work proactively and unsupervised
