About the Role

Kelsian Group Limited is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Group Information Technology team. In this role, you will be a key link between our business units and technical teams—translating business needs into functional, scalable solutions that enable process optimisation, system enhancements, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Assist with data reporting and visualisation to inform key decisions.
• Identify and deliver process improvements that increase efficiency and standardisation.
• Support projects through all stages—from requirements gathering to UAT and implementation.
• Facilitate collaboration between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Ensure business readiness and adoption of technology change.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a corporate or enterprise setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
• Experience in process improvement, workflow optimisation, and project delivery.
• Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Lucidchart, JIRA, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or similar.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) a bonus.
