FINO VINO Restaurant + Bar is looking for a Front of House professional to join our small team in a casual role.

FINO VINO Restaurant + Bar is a city venture located in Flinders Street, Adelaide from the highly awarded and respected South Australian regional brand, Fino.

Open Tuesday - Saturday dinner and Thursday - Friday lunch

Sharon Romeo and David Swain, whose business partnership spans 16 years, are known for their love of finely crafted things - fittingly Fino Vino is thoughtfully and finely crafted, from the food, to the wine list, to the cocktails, to the aesthetics and design.

As passionate restaurateurs creating a thoughtful and memorable dining experience, they have achieved numerous awards and respect from their peers and loyal customers since 2006.

We are looking for a dedicated Front of House professional who is genuinely passionate about our industry and keen to establish themself as a strong and reliable part of our small team.
- Work in a dynamic environment with a small team who are passionate about food, beverage and service
- Inclusive workplace culture
- Located in Adelaide CBD
- 1 -2 year’s experience as a section waiter
- Thoughtful, attentive and genuine customer service
- Great attention to detail in all areas
- Solid food and wine and beverage knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritise and use initiative
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of team
- Excellent communication skills
- Drive, initiative and passion for the Food & Beverage industry
- Willingness to want to learn and develop your hospitality skills
- Be available to work weeknights and Saturday evenings
- Current RSA
- Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents
