Butcher Sales Assistant – Sacca's Fine Foods

Location: EPPING

About Us:

Sacca's Fine Foods is a fast-growing family business, proudly known for our fresh produce and exceptional service to the community. We're currently looking for enthusiastic Butcher Sales Assistants to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role:

In this role, you will assist with serving customers, weighing and packing meat products, slicing smallgoods, preparing product lines such as beef, pork, and lamb, as well as maintaining attractive displays and merchandising trays. Strong communication skills, a great work ethic, and good food handling and hygiene practices are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers promptly and courteously
  • Weigh, pack, and slice smallgoods with care and precision
  • Assist with preparing meat product lines
  • Maintain clean and well-merchandised displays
  • Follow food handling and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Availability to work weekends
  • Food handling experience (desirable)
  • Experience in a butcher shop or meat industry (an advantage, but not essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
