As a Property Manager at Hunters Real Estate, you will take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio and deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Supported by modern systems, administrative assistance, and a collaborative team, this is a role where you can truly enjoy property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties in accordance with Victorian Residential Tenancies Act 1997
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive communication
  • Conduct entry, routine and exit inspections with detailed reporting
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance through trusted trades
  • Rent reviews, lease renewals and arrears management
  • Prepare and attend VCAT hearings when required
  • Market rental properties and conduct open homes
  • Ensure compliance with Victorian rental safety standards (smoke alarms, gas/electrical checks, pool compliance etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records using industry software
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold Hunters Real Estate values
  • Onboard new properties to grow the rent roll

About You

  • Minimum 12 months experience in property management
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate or full Real Estate Licence
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
  • Strong understanding of Victorian rental legislation
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Positive, solutions-based attitude and strong customer service focus
  • Tech-savvy with confidence using real estate software (PropertyMe, RTBA, VCAT, Office 365)
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
