Paralegal | 5+ years' experience | High-profile Government agency

• Commencing in November 2025, ideally 5 days per week for ~6 months (with potential to extend).
• Provide high-level paralegal and admin support to senior lawyers, including client liaison, document and case management, and legal research.
• We would like to speak to paralegals with 5+ years' experience gained in leading national/international firms or pre-eminent in-house teams.

Senior Lawyer – Corporate / M&A | 7-15+ years' PAE | International law firm

• Commencing in December 2025, this engagement is expected to be ongoing on an 'as needs' basis.
• Advising on a broad range of matters including buy- and sell-side transactions, M&A, divestments, joint ventures, restructures, FIRB, capital raising, commercial contracting, continuous disclosure and corporate governance.
• We would like to speak to lawyers with 7-15+ years' PAE gained in leading national/international firms or pre-eminent in-house teams.

Senior Lawyer – Mining, Regulatory & Corporate Advisory | 7-15+ years' PAE | International law firm

• Commencing towards the end of 2025, this engagement is expected to be ongoing on an 'as needs' basis.
• Providing strategic legal advice on mining, regulatory/compliance, operational issues, and corporate transactions within the mining, energy, and resources sectors.
• 7-15+ years' PAE gained from leading national/international firms or pre-eminent in-house teams.

Lawyer – Environment & Planning | 7-15+ years' PAE | International law firm

• Commencing asap, this engagement is expected to be ongoing on an 'as needs' basis.
• Providing strategic legal advice on approvals, land access, land use, planning, and environmental compliance. Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on environmental law issues and advise clients in relation to E&P disputes.
• 5-15+ years PAE, gained from leading international/national and pre-eminent boutique law firms. Lawyers with in-house E&P experience are also encouraged to apply.

Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel | 5+ years' PAE | Market leading energy services company

• Commencing asap, ideally 4-5 days per week for ~3 months (with potential to extend).
• Provide strategic legal support across general advisory, including on statutory interpretation, electricity regulation and compliance matters. Manage, draft, review and advise on contracts and agreements (such as supply and deliver contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other legal documentation).
• 5+ years PAE. Experience in Government or GTE would be useful.

Family Lawyers | 3-15+ years' PAE | Pre-eminent law firm

• Commencing November, this engagement is expected to be ongoing on an 'as needs' basis.
• Working across a broad range of family law matters, including property and financial settlements, parenting and custody issues, child support, divorce and separation, and binding financial agreements.
• 3-15+ years PAE gained in leading international, national, or boutique firms. Lawyers from all Australian jurisdictions are encouraged to apply.
