Burbank is seeking an experienced Home Care Manager to oversee our Service & Warranty operations in Altona. This is your opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our homeowners.

About the Role

As Home Care Manager, you'll lead a team of Inspectors, Tradespeople, and Team Leaders to deliver exceptional post-construction care. You'll ensure all warranty and maintenance work is completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget, while fostering a culture of professionalism, safety, and customer-first thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all Service & Warranty works
  • Maintain quality control across all homes
  • Build strong relationships with contractors and suppliers
  • Lead and coach your team through regular reviews and training
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Collaborate with the Construction Department to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with safety and company standards

What You'll Bring

  • Extensive experience in residential construction and warranty management
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
  • Tertiary qualifications in building/construction
  • ClickHome experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and Red Card
