Redcape Hospitality is on the look out for passionate, curious, people-centric hospitality professionals to join the growing team at The Prince Consort as one of our Casual Food & Beverage Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully operate the hotel's food & beverage operations in a hands-on, front of house capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue Leadership Team with the day-to-day business beverage related operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

• Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
• Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
• Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
• Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.

• Possessing a current/valid RSA & RSG is essential (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in the same or similar role is desirable but not a mandatory requirement for the right candidate(s).
