The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for professional, energetic Senior Chef de Partie's to join our team of talented chefs. We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie who have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering a high-level of service.

This will require:

• 3+ years' experience in fine dining or hatted venues

• Experience in a busy and professional environment

• Good communication and attitude

• Organised with a love for well executed food

• Course completion of use hygienic practices for food safety and participate in safe food handling practices

Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high-level product.

• Mise en place and breakdown.

• Section management.

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants' concepts and menus.

• Partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance
