About Us:

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Window Fitters - or a team (UPVC Only) to join our growing company. You'll ensure every project is completed to the highest standard of safety, finish, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and replace UPVC windows and doors in residential properties
  • Measure, fit, and seal units with a high level of accuracy
  • Liaise professionally with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Maintain a safe and clean worksite at all times
  • Identify and resolve installation challenges effectively. Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience installing uPVC windows and doors (minimum 2 years)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a small team
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport
