About the role
The successful applicant will join our glazing team as a Senior Glazier. We are looking for a motivated individual who excels in leadership, possesses accurate site measuring skills, and enjoys upskilling the existing team. This role requires someone who can effectively lead and develop our team, ensuring high standards and continuous improvement. A vehicle will be provided, along with an attractive wage based on experience, which is above award rates

Skills and experience
Skills required:
Experienced Glazier in Domestic and Commercial works
A minimum of 8-10 years of glazing experience is required for this senior role.
Emphasis on the following:
- Leadership, soft skills
- Site Measure Capabilities
Knowledge in all facets of Glazing ie;
- Shower Screens and Mirrors
- Splash Backs
- All aspects of domestic glazing work
- Knowledge of commercial windows & door glazing
- High regard for safety
- Current drivers License
- A Class C (Car) driver's licence is required.
Enjoy working in a team environment and use good communication skills both written and verbal. Reliability is imperative as is honesty, punctuality and an emphasis on being well presented and mannered at all times. Customer Service is our number one priority…
When unsupervised the applicant must be able to maintain existing job timelines with an eye for detail, accuracy and neatness. Passion for empowering and upskilling Apprentices.
