Our client is a Perth-based commercial finance brokerage that partners with SMEs across WA to secure funding for growth. Working with a wide variety of banks and private lenders, they arrange solutions such as equipment finance, commercial property loans, trade finance, debtor funding and flexible working-capital facilities for clients across a broad range of industries.

They pride themselves on building long-term relationships, taking the time to understand each client's business and tailoring finance options accordingly. We are seeking a part-time Loans Processing Officer to join their team in West Perth. The position can be structured as a job share across 2-3 days per week or spread over 5 days within school hours.

The Role

You will support the business owners by coordinating loan applications, preparing documentation, managing client information, and ensuring accurate and timely progression of each application. The position requires consistent communication with clients and lenders, strong adherence to process, and accurate recordkeeping across all stages of the lending workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of business loan applications from initial enquiry through to settlement
  • Collect and prepare client documentation for assessment and submission
  • Liaise with clients and lenders to progress applications and respond to document requests
  • Prepare application packs, data entry, and submission material for director review
  • Provide status updates to clients and schedule follow-up calls or meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure compliance with document and identification requirements
  • Contribute to process improvement and support directors with ongoing administration needs

About You

You will have experience in loan processing or finance administration, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple applications. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
