Territory Manager – Mildura

We're on the lookout for a driven and personable Territory Manager to take ownership of the Mildura region. If you love variety, autonomy, and connecting with people, this is your chance to make a real impact while enjoying a role that keeps you on the move.

What you'll be doing:

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to grow the territory.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with your existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and track major contract renewals to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for your customers.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and keep accurate, up-to-date reports on your accounts and pipeline.
  • Use our Sales CRM to stay on top of customer interactions and opportunities.

About you:

You're self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently, but you also thrive on teamwork and connection. You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar B2B sales role, ideally in the commercial or industrial space.
  • Excellent communication skills, you're a natural at building rapport and solving problems.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Tech confidence, you know your way around Microsoft Office, and experience using a Sales CRM is a bonus.
  • A current, unrestricted Australian Driver's License.
