Retail & Service Assistant – I.T Store (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: [Insert your store location]
Hours: 9am – 5pm (Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the right candidate)
Smartmove Computing is a small, customer-focused I.T retail and service business. We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member to help us deliver great service and keep things running smoothly in-store.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assist with sales enquiries
- Book in service jobs and manage job tracking
- Order and manage stock levels
- Maintain store cleanliness and presentation
- Support general day-to-day operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organised and proactive with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and basic software (I.T knowledge is a bonus but not essential)
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Previous retail or service experience is helpful but not required
- Must be an Australian permanent resident
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Part-time candidates must be available for 4 or more days per week
- Friendly, supportive work environment
- Opportunity to learn and grow in the I.T industry
