The role

You will work alongside and report directly to the Service Delivery Manager. As a part of an agile team, you'll constantly see everyone jump on to take a Level 1 phone call and directly resolve issues with the clients from level 1 staff to the MD.

We work specifically in the dental sector with a pool of clients all around Australia. The range of work will be broad and challenging and you'll likely have a new challenge each day. Be prepared to think on your feet and be able to overcome issues you have never seen before.

What you would do

  • Answer phone calls with our clients and directly support their needs
  • Maintain a support queue and stay on top of your allocated requests
  • Build trust, rapport and relationships with our clients
  • Deal directly with our clients line of business providers
  • Supporting software in the Microsoft 365 suite along with dental specific software and hardware

This role will commence from late December/early January and while flexible, would be based on a full time PD.
