About the Role

As a Production Cook, you'll be hands-on in preparing high-quality, chef-inspired frozen meals at scale. Working alongside our dedicated kitchen team, you'll help deliver consistency, efficiency, and excellence in every dish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and portion meals according to recipes and production schedules
  • Operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment safely and effectively
  • Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance)
  • Work collaboratively with chefs, kitchen hands, and supervisors to meet production targets
  • Assist with stock rotation, labelling, and quality control

What We're Looking For

  • Commercial cookery qualification or proven kitchen/production cooking experience
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards in large-scale or high-volume production
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude and reliability
